BIO:

Sirisha is an Associate in the Global Technology Investment Banking Group at BofA Merrill Lynch where she focuses on covering companies across Software and Internet verticals. She is responsible for day-to-day process execution of transactions regarding financing, corporate financing and strategic advisory services. Previously, Sirisha worked in the Technology industry at Oracle Corporation and Cognizant Technology Solutions, developing and implementing software solutions. Sirisha has an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.
